Crockpot Thai Chicken

Crockpot Thai ChickenThai food is one of my favorite things to eat.  I could probably eat chicken pad thai everyday.  Lucky for me, we have an excellent thai restaurant walking distance from work!  This is a “copycat” recipe of one of their dishes.  It turned out pretty close to the real thing and so yummy! This was a last minute dinner idea and I didn’t have any rice noodles or sprouts so we had it over brown rice and it was delicious!

Hi Rene! I know this may be a silly question, but is the coconut milk the one in the carton or can? Thanks so much!
