Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Rosemary Chicken KabobWe BBQ at our house ALOT. At least a couple times a week.  Our go-to BBQ dinner is Franks sauce on my chicken and BBQ sauce on the hubby’s. (I’m a little odd and don’t like BBQ sauce.) I’m always trying to think of new ways to doll up chicken and this recipe is a definite keeper!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Serves 6

  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" cubes
  2. 1/2 cup olive oil
  3. 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  4. 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
  5. 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, minced
  6. 2 tsp. lemon juice
  7. Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat BBQ to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix together oil, ranch, worcestershire sauce, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  3. Add cubed chicken and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Thread chicken onto skewers and grill for about 10-12 minutes (or until thoroughly cooked).
  1. If you don't have time to marinate that's ok, they will still taste great!

    I have a rosemary bush on the side of my house that is a feet feet wide and a few feet tall – it’s MASSIVE! I’m always trying to cook with rosemary since I have it so readily available, so I will definitely try this recipe! Have you ever tried lemon and rosemary baked chicken? The easiest, healthiest, and yummy dinner. 😉

      I rarely cook with rosemary but I love the flavor! I will definitely be trying lemon rosemary chicken. That sounds so good! Plus, always looking for healthier dinner ideas 🙂 PS. That’s a HUGE rosemary bush you have! Love ya
