Spinach & Feta Turkey Burgers

Sometimes I just craaaave a big, juicy burger. So it was a BIG disappointment when I came home from work to my hamburger STILL in the freezer. Nooooooo! Apparently I cannot add anything extra to my morning routine (like taking hamburger out of the freezer). *UGH* I had ground turkey thawed but knew it would not live up to my expectation as a burger. So that’s when these babies were born.

You can make this into a meatloaf as well. Mix everything together and put in meatloaf pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 1 hour.
