Chicken Stir Fry

We loooooove stir fry in our house and make it quite often for dinner. I love how easy it is and you can make it different every time with a different variety of veggies. Plus, leftover stir fry is the best!

What you’ll need:

1 lb. chicken (breast or tenders), cut into bite size pieces

1 package stir fry noodles (or use rice)

1/2 tsp. minced garlic

3 tbsp. olive oil, divided

1 cup sliced carrots

1 cup sliced celery

1 cup sliced red pepper

1 tbsp. sliced green onion

1/4 cup stir fry sauce, or make your own

2 tsp. soy sauce

What you’ll do:

Heat 1 1/2 tbsp. oil in medium skillet.

Add garlic and chicken and cook about 5-6 min. each side.

Meanwhile, heat 1 1/2 tbsp. oil in small skillet and cook noodles, about 7 min, stirring occasionally.

When chicken is cooked thoroughly, add remaining ingredients and cook for 5-10 min. or until veggies soften.

Mix in noodles and serve!
