Turkey Meatloaf

I have my beautiful momma to thank for this recipe.  I actually do not know how it came about, but I’m sure glad it did! I can honestly say that I could eat this almost every day (which I have done before). It’s my favorite kind of dinner, mix everything together and bake!

DSC_0610What you’ll need:

1 lb ground turkey

½ red pepper, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

1 egg

2 oz. cream cheese

1 packet ranch seasoning

What you’ll do:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F

In large bowl, mix all ingredients together

Put in meatloaf pan and bake for 1hour (yes, really, that’s it!)


DSC_0524This is the best meatloaf pan. Takes all the liquid out and to the bottom pan but the meatloaf stays moist! TIP: Cover lower pan with foil for easy cleanup!  Click here for similar.
