I have my beautiful momma to thank for this recipe. I actually do not know how it came about, but I’m sure glad it did! I can honestly say that I could eat this almost every day (which I have done before). It’s my favorite kind of dinner, mix everything together and bake!
1 lb ground turkey
½ red pepper, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
2 oz. cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning
What you’ll do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
In large bowl, mix all ingredients together
Put in meatloaf pan and bake for 1hour (yes, really, that’s it!)
This is the best meatloaf pan. Takes all the liquid out and to the bottom pan but the meatloaf stays moist! TIP: Cover lower pan with foil for easy cleanup! Click here for similar.
